La Pavoni lever machine

La Pavoni is one of the oldest and respected companies with over 100 years history of manufacturing coffee machines. I first saw one in a classical film “007 Live and Let Die” many years ago. The contraption is dangerous and extremely expensive. I burn myself quite a few times while learning to operate it at first. It was worth the effort for the unbelievable aroma and taste you can get with some practice from a very common sorts of coffee.
